AHRS India travelling fellowship application invitation:

AHRS India is delighted to inform that we are starting `Traveling Fellowship of AHRS India` for encouraging & supporting doctors to represent India at the International level.

Those candidates who actively participate in the International meetings (ISHRS/ World Congress of Hair Research, etc.) by presenting their original work in the form of oral paper presentation will be eligible for this award.

Grant equivalent of 1000 USD. Candidate who was awarded the travelling fellowship once will not be eligible to apply for second time.

There will be two candidates each year, one each from the following categories:

1. Senior Travelling fellowship category :

AHRS India full member ship more than 7 years with good standing

2. Junior travelling fellowship category :

AHRS India full member ship more than 1 year and less than 5 years with good standing.

AHRS India research grant application invitation :

The grant can be awarded for:

One -Research involving clinical procedure where a surgeon or team is involved.

Two - Research involving lab tests, investigations, additional studies.

These research grants will be upto Rs. 50000/- depending upon the Budget of study.

Criteria :

The research should be novel and advance the science of Hair Restoration or be beneficial for better patient care or Improve the results of Hair Restoration or Improve the procedure carried out for hair Restoration. the research work should be published in indexed journal.

Eligibility :

• Senior Fellowship category -

AHRS full member with good standing more than FIVE YEARS Only one candidate in this category will be awarded each year.

• Junior Fellowship category -

AHRS full member with good standing - MORE THAN 1 YEAR AND LES THAN 5 YEARS of membership .Only one candidate in this category will be awarded each year.

If there are no eligible applications in the current year then applications of those candidates who had availed research grants an be considered, provided the previous research work has been completed and final report submitted and published . Grants will be released as per progress
